GLAY，來自日本北海道的著名的4人組搖滾樂團。從登台後GLAY就不斷產出家喻戶曉的作品，並於2019開始慶祝樂團出道的25週年。自從首次登台以來，GLAY一直是日本音樂的領導者，創下多項百萬單曲CD紀錄。著名歌曲包含：Beloved、However、I’m in love、誘惑、Soul Love、ここではない、どこかへ等歌曲，對1990年代的日本搖滾音樂有深遠的影響。並和五月天合作有單曲Dancin' Dancin。(傷心的人別聽慢歌日文版）
在令和的第一年，同時也是25周年紀念年，GLAY宣布了以“ GLAY DEMOCRACY”為主題對歌迷的七項承諾，至此包含夏季在Met Life Dome舉行了大型戶外現場表演、第15張原創專輯“ NO DEMO CRACY”於2019年10月發行。2020年發行最佳專輯“ REVIEWII BEST OF GLAY”，並將以GLAY DOME TOUR獻給歌迷。
本次25週年演唱為七項承諾之一，中間因疫情經過多次時間、場地調整，最終確定將2020/12/20於埼玉超級競技場舉行。因進場觀眾需保持座位間隔，GLAY本場也將特地開放直播給予未能進場的歌迷以及海外歌迷也能一同參與。這次的演出將會是GLAY於2020年1月底以來首次舉行的大型現場演唱會。所有團員都非常期待能為他們的忠實粉絲帶來最瘋狂、最震撼的演出！
